GW Men's Basketball

Saturday was the first GW Men's Basketball game I've been to since Sophomore year (I know, quite shameful!). I've never been much of a sports fan, but going to a GW basketball games was on my bucket list before leaving GW. The men played Harvard, but unfortunately we lost 62-67. We'd done really well in the first half, but our performance suffered in the second half due to a number of fouls. It was the fullest I've seen the Smith Center and everyone was definitely cheering and having a lot of fun! I had the chance to sit with the Colonial Army (a student organization that is dedicated to supporting GW Basketball during games) and the energy was fantastic. I can't wait to attend more games this season!!
